Sept 10-11, 2001.  Was attending an ANSYS related programming/consulting class in Pittsburgh that got cut short by the tragic events in NY, Washington, and PA.  Drove home to Raleigh  in my Pittsburgh-based rental car.  Alamo Rent-A-Car waived all fees and penalties thus allowing all customers with cars to return cars at any alternate US location.  A generous and compassionate policy (contrary to their competitors)….    I will definitely make Alamo my preferred supplier in the future – – I hope you do to……    PS:  I still learned a lot at the ANSYS Workbench training, so am looking forward to applying it on some client projects soon.
